I am William Le, a wood wooker, and owner of the famous Backtonaturedecor store on Etsy.com. I was known for making and introducing the incredible Perpetual Marble Machine on Etsy in 2021, which then, taken the internet by storm in 2022 & 2023, with over 3000 sales (on Etsy alone) and over 200 millions of views on Youtube/Instagrams combined.

Very well made sculpture! It looks absolutely beautiful on the wall and it's truly mesmerizing when it moves! The soft ticking and rattling noises it makes when spinning are oddly soothing too. Visitors often ask to see it spin, and I'm happy to oblige of course! If you wind it up completely (which will take a minute or so) it will run for over 10 hours!
Everything was well packaged and relatively straight forward to put together. I suppose the seller could have added a manual of sorts, but I enjoyed figuring it out and it's not too complicated!
The seller had a small setback while building my sculpture, but they communicated up front about the delay, and even offered an alternative. In the end the delivery was still quite fast for something custom built in my opinion (roughly 6 weeks), so I'm very satisfied!
Item was exactly as described and came well wrapped for shipping. The machine requires a specific battery that can be found at the link in the item listing. I had no problem getting the correct battery. The machine comes with 5 metal bearing balls, a spare wire for the charger port, instructions, and a USB charging cord. Once the battery was installed and charged up, the machine worked perfectly. Really cool, love it!

Bought this after seeing it on Veritasium. I imagine the knockoffs work just as well. Felt right to support the original creator.
Excellent attention to detail, worked right out of the box. I will say that it was a little difficult to get the correct battery here in the USA. Had to order them on Amazon as 3.7V lithium flat top 18650 batteries are not common here.
Despite the delay in getting the right battery the quality is exceptional and I'm super happy with the product. Would highly recommend this seller. Worth the wait. You should raise your prices if you have too many orders. Your efforts and time are appreciated.

Well made and great directions for assembly. You have to be somewhat handy to assemble AND YOU MUST READ THE DIRECTIONS THOROUGHLY.
